Rachel Selvin, a retired lawyer and 14-year Livingston resident, has announced her candidacy for a seat on the Livingston Board of Education.
Following is her release:
Rachel has two children, one in Heritage Middle School and one who just finished his freshman year at Livingston High School. She has been an active parent volunteer in the school district since her older son started kindergarten at Collins Elementary School ten years ago. In addition to chairing many different committees at Collins, she was also its PTA president.
