Sanskriti of New Jersey, the Livingston-based cultural organization, will host its annual India Fest on Sunday, August 12. The event will take place at the oval in Memorial Park from 3 to 7 p.m., and is open to the public free of charge.
The event will celebrate India’s culture with food, dance, and music. Among the offerings will be free BollyZumba and Bhangra dance lessons; dance and music performances; Menhndi henna stalls, and more. Vendors will be selling Indian food, clothes, and jewelry. Prizes will be awarded throughout the day.
