Volunteer firefighters with the Livingston Fire Department this week responded to two reports of gas service damage.
On Monday, August 20, fire officials went to 279 South Orange Avenue, where a contractor working to install a water main hit the home’s gas service line. Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) also went to the scene, shutting the gas supply off and making repairs.
