Funeral Mass Offered For Patricia Duffy, 65

Patricia “Trish” Duffy, 65, of Livingston, died Monday, December 3. Visitation was held on Sunday, December 9, at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston. A funeral Mass was offered on Monday, December 10, at St. Philomena’s Church, Livingston, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Born in Newark, Mrs. Duffy was a lifelong resident of Livingston and member of St. Philomena Roman Catholic Parish. She attended St. Philomena’s grammar school (now known as Aquinas Academy), and later was graduated from East Orange Catholic High School. She then attended Mount Ida College and Montclair State University. Mrs. Duffy worked as a realtor for 29 years, most recently at Coldwell Banker in Livingston, where she was recognized as aTopAgent in Livingston for many years. Some of her achievements included membership in the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Circle of Excellence, the Diamond Society, and President’s Circle, and she was ranked in top four percent of realtors nationwide. She was an active member in the Livingston community, volunteering for the Junior Lancers Football Organization, Livingston Little League, the Big L Club, the Livingston Bicentennial Picnic Committee, and the Project Graduation gift wrap booth committee, among others. She also served as president of the Livingston Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Duffy is survived by her husband of 29 years, Michael; her children, Casey Phelan (Christine), Corey Watson (Ryan), Kevin Duffy (Bianca), and Tim Duffy; her siblings, Bobby Keogh, Tommy Keogh, Maddy Keogh and Liz Keogh; her brother-in-law, Joe Duffy (Carol); her sister-in-law Patty Duffy; and six grandchildren.
