Board Approves Synagogue Sign; Solar Energy Array; Lot Subdivision

The Livingston Planning Board approved three applications at a special meeting on Tuesday evening, February 19. All three applicants were represented by attorney Stephen Geffner, and engineer and planner Michael Lanzafama testified in two of the three matters. Synagogue Signage Ahavat Torah at 650 South Orange Avenue was granted permission to install internally-illuminated identification signage on the synagogue’s facade. Variances were sought for the sign’s height and overall area, and for its location on the building itself.
