A man is facing drunk driving charges after urinating on himself inside a pharmacy. A Millington woman was also arrested after writing bad checks from a township business. Livingston Police also responded to a reported dog bite in this week’s police blotter.
Driving While Intoxicated
On January 31, Livingston Police officers responded to the Walgreens parking lot on South Livingston Avenue for a report of a disorderly man who had urinated on himself while standing in line in the store in a highly inebriated state.
Officers found the man, Mark Prial, 57, of Livingston, inside his vehicle and refusing to exit. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
