Dog Bites Resident; DWI at Walgreens

A man is facing drunk driving charges after urinating on himself inside a pharmacy. A Millington woman was also arrested after writing bad checks from a township business. Livingston Police also responded to a reported dog bite in this week’s police blotter. Driving While Intoxicated On January 31, Livingston Police officers responded to the Walgreens parking lot on South Livingston Avenue for a report of a disorderly man who had urinated on himself while standing in line in the store in a highly inebriated state. Officers found the man, Mark Prial, 57, of Livingston, inside his vehicle and refusing to exit.
