ALivingston resident is one of three suspects currently at large after being charged last week following an investigation that led to the seizure of half a million dollars’ worth of drugs and guns, according to a report from the Essex County prosecutor’s office.
Acting Essex County prosecutor TheodoreStephensandNewarkpublic safety director Anthony Ambrose announced that detectives from the Essex County prosecutor’s office narcotics task force executed three search warrants at locations in Livingston, Newark and EastOrange.Confiscatedwere drugs with an estimated street value of half a million dollars. The task force’s members include detectives from the Newark Police Department, Rutgers Police Department and the Newark Police Department’s Emergency Response Team.
