Planning Board Approves Signage For Route 10 Shopping Center

The Livingston Planning Board met on Tuesday evening, July 9, to hear an application for signage by KRG-USCRF Retail Portfolio. The applicant is the owner of the shopping center at 530 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue (Route 10), which currently houses eight stores, including Nordstrom Rack and T.J. Maxx. The applicant received approval to install two new wall signs, featuring the logos of the shopping center’s new tenants, Torrid and Chico’s.These retail stores, both of which sell women’s clothing, will be located in the rear portion of the property. The applicant has previously been before the Planning Board for other aspects of signage. This time, KRGUSCRF was seeking variance relief for two new wall signs and for replacement of an existing double-sided with internal illumination. It also plans to add a directional sign on Daven Avenue, the adjacent roadway perpendicular to Route 10, which offers access to the shopping center.     To read more please log in or subscribe to the digital edition http://www.etypeservices.com/West%20Essex%20TribuneID480/   ...
