As of Wednesday morning, June 10, the Essex County health department has reported that a total of 491 Livingston residents have tested positive for COVID-19. 64 of those residents have died as a result of the virus.
On Friday, June 5, Governor Phil Murphy extended the public health emergency in New Jersey an additional 30 days.
“We will continue our path forward, while remaining vigilant and prepared to act should there be a new outbreak of COVID-19,” Governor Murphy said.
