HOCKEY TEAM ADVANCES TO CUP FINALS: The Livingston High School ice hockey team defeated Verona - Glen Ridge, 3-1, in the first round of the McInnis Cup on Friday evening, February 26, at the Codey Arena. Lancer Austin Vecchio scored two goals while goalie Zach Turbin made 29 of 30 saves. The Lancers went on to defeat West Essex, 3-2, in the semi-finals on Monday, March 1. They will face the winner of the Westfield-Glen Rock game in the finals, which will be played today, Thursday, March 4, at 4 p.m. at Codey Arena.
