HONORING VIETNAM VETS: Members of Livingston’s Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion Posts — including Marty Halo and Walter Wilczak, shown here — held a ceremony on Monday morning to commemorate National Vietnam Veterans’ Day. Held each year on March 29, National Vietnam War Veterans’ Day honors all U.S. Armed Forces personnel who served active duty between November 1, 1995 and May 15, 1975, regardless of the location of their service.
