Joseph (Joey) R. Petillo, formerly of Livingston, died on July 10 of sudden cardiac arrest. He was 53 years old.
A memorial service will be held for Mr. Petillo on Saturday, August 14, at Orender Family Home for Funerals in Manasquan. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Future interment will be at Saint Joseph’s Cemetery, Toms River.
Mr. Petillo was born at Clara Maass Hospital in Belleville and spent his early years in Livingston and West Orange, later settling in Chula Vista, California.
He was predeceased by his wife of 16 years, Lotty Petillo (née Del Valle); and his mother, Carol Ann Petillo.
He is survived by his father, John Petillo of Wall Township; his brothers, John J. Petillo II of Washington, D.C., and Christopher Petillo of West Orange; and his sister, Anna Petillo, of Lincoln Park.
