Welcome to the TribuneWhile the West Essex Tribune’s regular readership will not notice many changes to this week’s issue, some are picking up our paper for the first time. This week’s edition is a TMC (Total Market Coverage) issue, the second of four newspapers this year that we will send to every home in Livingston. We, who make the Tribune, are so proud to work and live in a town that values community reporting, and we do our best to be an essential part of your weekly media diet. We attend and report on the Town Council, Board of Education, and Planning and Zoning Board meetings, highlight local residents, and provide updates on what is happening in our schools. As a result, we are happy to publish the news of a graduation in your family – at no charge. Information may be emailed to westessextribune@gmail.com.Many (but not all) colleges send brief announcements that a student has earned a degree; however, they often provide no information beyond the student’s name and the name of the university. Sometimes they do not even include what degree the student received. Family members may submit comprehensive information about the graduate,
