The Planning Board held a special meeting on Tuesday evening, March 20, to approve an application for a major subdivision with variances at 254 West Hobart Gap Road.
The applicant, Kenny Praval, proposes to subdivide a 3.6 acre tract to create four new building lots. The property, located east of the Methodist Church on Walnut Street, is currently split between the R-1 and R-2 residential property designations. In order to subdivide the property, a cul de sac street will be created.
The Board had previously given non-binding guidance to its attorney, Richard Vallario, to prepare findings of fact and conclusions in favor of the application, which was unanimously approved. The approval is contingent upon the terms that were delineated at a hearing on February 6.
