Funeral Services For Carol Neglia

Carol Neglia died at the age of 53 on August 4. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today, Thursday, and a funeral ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. at Farmer Funeral Home in Roseland. Born in Montclair, Mrs. Neglia was raised and resided in Livingston until moving to Fairfi eld 27 years ago. Carol and her late husband Michael owned and operated Michael J. Neglia Plumbing & Heating in Caldwell until his death in 2005. Mrs. Neglia is survived by her mother Joyce Murphy; her children, Gina and Joseph Neglia; and two sisters, Deborah McGaughran and Patricia Jackson. In lieu of fl owers, a donation in her memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908. Muriel Morse, 88, Dies in New York

Muriel Morse, 88, of Wappingers Falls, New York, formerly a 57-year Livingston resident, died August 5 at Elant of Wappingers Nursing Home surrounded by her family. Mrs. Morse was a former member of Temple Beth Shalom and Jewish Women International. Predeceased by her husband, Harold, she is survived by her daughters, Gail (Morse) Peiffer and her husband Dwight of Wappingers Falls; and Janet (Morse) Kelly and her husband James of Farmington Hills, Michigan; a sister, Charlotte Freedman; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Friday, August 8, at 11:15 a.m. at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge.

Hold Private Services For Morris Updegrove

Morris Alan Updegrove of Livingston died Monday, July 21, at the age of 88. Services are private, under the direction of Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home Livingston Mr. Updegrove served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, also taking part in the Normandy Invasion on June 6, 1944. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Lorraine Smarz Updegrove; his daughter, Debra, and her husband, Theodore Melhorn; and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family has announced that memorial donations may be made to the Livingston First Aid Squad, 62 South Livingston Avenue Livingston, NJ 07039.

Services Held Mon. For Dr. Stulberger

Funeral services were held Monday, July 21, at the Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel in Livingston for Dr. Eugene Abraham Stulberger. Dr. Stulberger, a resident of Livingston and East Hampton, New York, died July 19. Born April 23, 1938 in New York City, he had a 40 year career as a physician in Livingston. Dr. Stulberger is survived by his wife of 48 years, Audrey Katz Stulberger; his children, Adam Stulberger and his wife, Lisa, of Short Hills, and Jennifer Feinberg of Livingston; his brother, Peter Stulberger of Chicago, Illinois; his sister, Peggy Stotter of New York City; and seven grandchildren.
